I have no idea what happened in this book and it was awesome. I checked it out because I really enjoy cyberpunk and Neuromancer is THE cyberpunk book according to some random listicle I read. There's not much to talk about with this book because it was so immersive and confusing, but I loved it and I highly recommend it to anyone willing to have no idea what's happening. When I was in highschool we read How to Read Literature Like a Professor by David Foster, and I have a hard time reading into theme and emotion in books (for some cluster of symptoms considered highly diagnosable reason) and reading Neuromancer was the first time I understood "everything is sex except for sex" because everything really was sex except for the sex. I'm hoping this book is like Dune on later visits (deeply confusing first time then richer and richer every subsequent read). Great story no I cannot tell you about it.
